WOD: 5 Rounds for Time of:

  • Run 200 meters
  • 20 Goblet Squats (28kg/16kg)
  • 10 Kettlebell Push Presses (24/14kg) (5 each arm)
  • 1 15ft Rope Climb

*The KB must not touch the ground during the Round or a 5 Burpees penalty must be completed before resuming the round.
