WOD: 4 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 12 Knees to Elbow
  • 24 Steps Walking Lunges (45/25)
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 10 Back Extension

After WOD 5min Abs then 800 Meter Run
