Coach’s Choice to include warm-up and mobility work.

Strength: Back Squats

  • 3 X 7
    Stay at the same weight for all 3 sets at 65%

3 Rounds for time:

  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 400m Run

Scale use bands with Pull-UPs or Ring Rows. If toes-to-bars are not possible, complete knees-to-elbows.
