WOD: 5 rounds, each for time, of:
- 20 Chest-To-Bar Pull-Ups
- 30 Wall-Ball (20/10)
- 40 Push-Ups
Rest 3 minutes between each round.
After WOD: For time;
- Run 1200m
- 200 Russian Twists (20/10)
